This product did not come with a user guide. Not even a website was given to access a guide. It took us several uses and much trial and error to figure it out. Otherwise, it is a good product. Great red color and works well. The mouse goes to sleep after inactivity, so it must be reset or it will not activate. Goodluck in figuring out how to reset it.

Question by nunnayo b: How can I turn off the warning message for “critically low batteries in wireless mouse”?
It’s always popping up, and the batteries are fine. Is there any way to have the system NOT notify me of low batteries?

Remove the ‘ipoint’ entry from the startup. You can also unstall the software - you don’t really need it. If you make use of the shortcut buttons on the keyboard, you can leave that part on, but I haven’t needed the software for anything on the mouse. Both the mouse and kb will work fine without the software using just the built-in drivers.
